All new-to-Spheeris Pilates -students are required to take anINTRODUCTORY EVALUATION
Private lesson before access to group classess may be granted.

This is for your safetey and comfort. Please view our liability release form on the MindBody scheduler site. You may also fill out the Intake form there prior to your visit to our studio. Thank you for your gracious understanding of this policy.

Please allow this time for us to make changes to the schedule - or full charges will apply for scheduled appointments and classes
