* If you are new to our Equipment classes (Reformer/Tower/Chair), regardless of experience, you must take a New Client Equipment Private before registering for a group Equipment class.

*Our Non-Equipment classes (Pilates Mat, Feldenkrais A.T.M., and GYROKINESIS) are open to the public and do not require a New Client Equipment Private as a prerequisite.
