Non-Equipment classes (Pilates Mat, Barre Fit, On The Ball, Feldenkrais A.T.M., and GYROKINESIS) are open to the public and
DO NOT require a New Client Equipment Private as a prerequisite.
All classes and private lessons by reservation only.

POLICES
Payments for group classes may be made online at time of purchase by credit card. For Privates/Semi-privates, you may pay at studio, by credit card (3% surcharge), cash, check, debit (no surcharge) or Zelle.(no surcharge).
Please note class levels. Some experience necessary for I/II, High level experience required for II/III. No experience with Pilates? - Intro level class recommended and Intro Private required

*Reservations will require a credit/debit card to hold your reservation. This card will only be charged in the event of a "No-Show" or late cancel.
